Our engineers bring decades of experience supporting intelligence and Department of War missions in support of national security. We deliver in our customers’ most secure enclaves and disconnected environments for intelligence, defense, and federal civilian and health missions. Most of our engineers work at the customer’s site, on the customer’s networks, next to the analysts who use what they build.
Most roles require an active clearance; each listing says which. Some do not, and for the right person on the right role we will sponsor the investigation.

You will work in small teams that own their outcomes, on the platforms our customers already run. Automation first: infrastructure as code, containers, and CI/CD everywhere, including the offline mirrors that promote code into air-gapped environments. Independent review before release, so nothing ships on one person’s say-so. One method, Start. Ship. Strengthen., on every engagement, so what you learn on one carries to the next.
We fund research and development on our own dime: a governed agent platform, automated geospatial feature extraction, identity governance generated from plain language. The results feed the practices and SpecterIQ, our commercial product.
